Looks nice, even in Firefox this time. I'm not sure I like the round-rectangle header and footer, with text just floating around in the middle. I'm not sure what to put there really, but you might want to play around with that.

And again, re. HTML5 -- you should use it with care, and plan for browsers that don't support it. Because many don't yet.
