Flower Child - Work in Progress.This is what I'm currently working on.
No hot guy, or some celebrity, but a little girl.
I really wanted to do something else for a change and frankly, this is what the practice works were for.
To study shading, work on hair etc.
This is part of a larger sketch and I want to surround her with white flowers that represent innocence and purity, like the daisy and the white rose.
Maybe I should give her wings too?

She is already so lovely! I think the hair is beautiful, and I love her eyes. She definitely looks innocent and pure ... but, also, maybe a little like she knows more than we think she does ... ?? Looking forward to seeing this one as you finish it up.

Awwww! Really?? I'm totally blushing over here. It's so awesome that a pic of my kiddo could inspire beautiful artwork like this.
Hmmm ... maybe Aya does know what this little girl is thinking. I might have to ask. Then again, I might be afraid to know. Sometimes, when she gets that look in her eye, I get a bit nervous ... just knowing "trouble" is around the corner. Hee!
