I've seen OCs with similar conditions and I wanted to make one of my own!
She was born with a birth defect where her wings grew where her front legs are supposed to be. As a result her front legs grew in really small and farther up on her chest. She cannot stand for too long otherwise her hind legs will get tired and possibly give out. She doesn't stand often anyway because she thinks she looks stupid.
So it's a good thing her wings are strong and fairly large.
