I played Madness Combat but never heard of Thing Thing (yes that's its name). Fortunately, an archive.org link with free downloads of the series is available and I get to taste that nostalgia during the 2000s - 2010s. (The story in first and second game is bare, so I play the third and fourth game. The fourth game is better)

"How did you make the characters on the picture?"

Well I retextured a Voltorb to resemble the Thing Things (once again that is the name of the game and its characters). Used Stockplus for feet but for footwear its Animal Crossing shoes with a bit of welding from the Tool Gun. The hands are from the Worms ragdolls. Proj. 154's trenchcoat textures are made with VTFEdit and Paint.NET, some default Gmod props like the torso are also used.
