Description

The Jovial Crowd are eldritch clowns that take the forms of a Quilava, a Dewott, a Brionne, and an Alolan Vulpix. The members of this 4-mon group consists of:

Popsy Lammy (Alolan Vulpix) (Female) (Leader)

Buster Marbles (Quilava) (Male)

Trixy Lollypop (Dewott) (Female)

Jabby Jimbo (Brionne) (Male)

They are also members of the FPS Guild

Overview:

The origin of these clowns are a complete mystery. They live in a carnival dimension that looks like a typical textbook theme park.

The clowns themselves are eccentric individuals, all have one thing in common that it is not just seeing an entire fight or battle as a game. They have a cynical world view under the guise of typical playfulness, seeing worlds as playgrounds to cause mayhem because they also see the reality as nothing more than a game. They tell jokes juxtaposed with dark humor.

They also compliment their opponents after being defeated by stating how much fun they had, including when it comes to occasionally forming uneasy truces.

The eldritch clowns are also immortal, were they reappear somewhere else after dying. They also exceed in firearms as well, some are seem to imbued with souls through ectoplasmic means. Instead of actual bullets and pellets its the iconic card symbols; each in which Popsy is the Diamond, Trixy is the Spades, Jabby is the Hearts, and Buster is the Clubs. Fitting to their style they can do acrobatic moves whilst teleporting around.

The Jovial Crows also divulge in hypnosis and conversion on their victims. First is through hypnosis and they place them in eldritch polka dot goo in which they create through infusion. This eldritch clown goo can work as an infection method by simply coating a being or object with it.

Popsy trivially states that the hypnosis actually wasn't belong to them but were given by which Buster obscurely states "3 chaotic individuals of interest". Where they got firearms use is when they first met Byron Hamont Tiana Duncan when the Durant was prowling in an abandoned town in the clowns have settled in, it is unknown how the undead-gunslinging Durant trained them after stumbling upon them, either he train them in secret or from experience after they had a run-in with the Cabal causing both the Jovial Crowd, Byron and Tiana to call a truce or a combination of both.

Though the story in the WAD is basically Doomguy having to deal eldritch clowns. The Jovial Crowd's story receives the Caleb treatment instead in which she used to lead an army of eldritch Pokemon clowns only to be usurped and betrayed by a Haunter clown. They fortunately killed the Haunter with the help of their "3 chaotic individuals of interest" (which takes place before they met Byron).

Though their use of firearms attributed to Blood inspiration. It is actually very loosely based off Killer Klowns from Outer Space and inspired by Sweet Tooth from Twisted Metal
