Well, it's most likely the common double X chromosome connection we share. Got to stick together on our island of estrogen if we're to make it in the testosterone sea of Earth-27's fanbase.
That... and maybe I'm buttering you up as I'd like to brainstorm some future interactions with your characters to send Roy some ideas for stories.

And I agree. Most of these guys are great here! I was mostly kidding. Though, if Roy is to believed (which I think he is) then there are fringe groups that follow Earth-27 just to make poor Roy's life even more miserable. Makes me so

Hey Roy, if the Kane Building's top 4 floors are Kate's place, what's the other 50 floors?

Most of floor 51 is Kane family storage and archives.
Floors 41-50 are offices for Kane family's businesses.
Floors 5-40 are rented out to other businesses for office space
Floors 2-4 are support services for the building (reception, security, maintenance, housekeeping, and things like food vendors)
Floor 1 is mostly a food court
Subbasements are where maintenance is mostly found
But there is one subbasement that has been removed from the tower's plans... and supposedly there's only one elevator that goes that low.
