I know I've drawn Jensen before but I wanted to draw him again because I wasn't happy with the drawing I had done before since the first time I drew him was when I was experimenting with drawing digitally.This took me RIDICULOUSLY long. It took ages to get right and I've never focused so long on drawing one mans glorious lips
His eyes were epic fun to draw though I had to try so hard not to make his eyelashes too long xD
I actually have a little tutorial on my tumblr as to how i did some of it then I got lazy when I was screenshotting and couldnt be bothered because once I get into shading, i really get into it xD
Anyway I had lots of fun doing this! Next up, is Jared again. I'm really enjoying doing these portraits so any supernatural characters you suggest I'll add to my list so I can make a series!

Beautifully done! I actually quite like how softly you approached this. Great shading. The only thing for me is that his right ear is not protruding like an ear normally would, making it distracting from the rest of his realistic features. But definitely grreeaatt work

Nah, I can't shade like that. Realism is just one of my many weaknesses, I want to learn that style though.

Gah sorry such a late reply, im trudging through my inbox. I generally go from dark to light but then I add shading after ive done highlights, i work in a bit of a weird way

This is great! Nice use of value--the contrast with the lights and darks looks awesome. The only thing I could say is that it's really, really soft. You might want to try experimenting with textures to make it look even more realistic. Good work!
