The reason it disappears when spawned is that the size is set to 0.
(You're probably already aware of this, but just in case, here's the structure of a DNA strand:
Version#:name:size:hat:hair:body:arms:shoesmouth:item:accessory:back:haircolor
Version# will be 3.39 for any Walfas character you make unless you change the DNA directly or are using a version of Walfas older than 3.39.)
In order for Ynop Ytterp Ytterp not to disappear, you would need to give the PPP an accessory of some kind, since the third-to-last attribute of its DNA (its accessory) becomes the third attribute of the YYY's DNA (size).
Now, why do some parts differ between the created versions of YYY? The parts which are changing are arms, shoes, eyes, mouth, item, and back. Note the values of the DNA for these attributes: 411 for arms, 199 for shoes, 203 for eyes, 712 for mouth, 427 for item, and !!!kkkkllllwg for back. Each of these numbers is higher than the number of possible options for that attribute. For instance, there are only 134 options for eyes (with option 134 as "Random"). It would seem that, failing to find an eyes option with number 203, create.swf chooses the highest available option, which is Random. Hence, a random pair of eyes is chosen every time YYY is spawned. This happens for arms, shoes, mouth, item, and even back as well, it would seem.
