Haha I actually wouldn't know, I own a Nintendo and a PlayStation so I ain't got access to tf2, if it is legit that's kick ass

there a huge variation of hats and other costumes for all 9 classes, special halloween costumes and such. promotional items, be it weapons or cosmetics of other games such as the special knife in your sleeves from assasins creed, you can have that knife equiped for the spy. there are variations of mascots, you can give some classes birdheads. the demoman has a parrot as mascot, and you can give him a parrot head too! My demoman is dressed up like a pirate xD
you like xenomorphs? no problem, you can make your scout look like one! there is just too much to tell xD

at least that cat suits costs you some play time, but the tf2 outfits cost money!
and every will envy you if you show up with a green flaming hat! (unusual hats) look up stuff on tf2 wiki if you are curious xD
