It'll gradually come to you. I've learned that myself. But I do know it can be fun to try and break those personal records..
I think my best is 15 minutes, but not a really detailed pic like this one. and I wasn't even paying attention to time, I just noticed it when I had finished.

it is fun sometimes XD oh.. my fastest is around 30 minutes or less XD . just a simple art with less shades .
