not much is known about these Master Ghouls other than their love of scaring things and killing them. they all have an intense hatred of Ghost and his Ghouls and thanks to Rui they can manipulate the minds of Ghost and his Ghouls to put them into an endless nightmare. additionally it is unknown why they have barbed wire growing out of thembase of many of the Ghouls is from The Evil Within developed by Tango Gameworks and published by Bethesda Softworks
