This is a good timeline. The only thing that needs to be changed is that the novelization of Drakengard 3 (which presents a fifth ending) is the one that leads to the original Drakengard.

Unfortunately I have found some info that would mean that you would have to rewrite it a little. Supposedly it is Drakengard 3's ending C that leads to the first game while the third games A ending leads to the manga that is an alternate timeline retelling of the events leading up to the first game.

After 5012, the space race, in 5645 prometheus fire happens. It was in the drakengard 3 book.

The gestalts and replicants fighting off aliens together was just a comment during an interview, the actual alien invasion occurs in the Nier replicant drama CD and it only involves Emil, being the only survivor on earth, fighting the aliens with his super powers. (EMIL BEAAAAM!)

BTW you should add to the timeline the other DOD3 short stories (The ones about two/three/four and five, and octa, dito, cent e decade happen right before One's story. The one about Michael is also around the same time. You could group them all toghether with One's story.), the DOD1 short stories which were included in the complete guidebook (all prequels to dod1), the Nier Replicant drama cd (The first disc + first track of second disc is set during the 2000s and legion invasion, the second track of the second disc is about Kainé after ending D and before ending E, and the third track is about Emil fighting aliens. The rest of the disc is just parody with the characters in a school setting), the other Grimoire Nier short stories (Most of them are set before Nier Replicant, a couple of them during the game, I cannot remember exactly which ones are set where but I can check), and the three short stories that were included in the "inside world" book (the song of fourteen years, set before DOD1 and before judgement, the garden of light set after DOD2 ending A, and the fire of prometheus I'm guessing set after Nier)
Also the Magnitude Negative DOD1 novel is a sequel to Ending D apparently but it was never translated, so do not take my word for it. I think that's all.

Accord's story takes place just before Zero reaches her "shop" in the first stage, I think it was. It says toward the end of the chapter that Accord is leaving the note for Zero and scurries off to do the rest of her chores. "Busy, busy!"
