Description A wallpaper made to be tiled. I made this for my blog ([link] ) and print-on-demand store ([link] ) and thought I'd share it.
I can't say I know much about what makes a good wallpaper, I just made something I liked myself.
I can see how this wouldn't work as a desktop wallpaper though, a bit messy, but when it's used in smaller amounts I think it works fine.
I hope at least someone thinks it's cute. ^^

Program used: Adobe Illustrator CS4
Tools: Pen tool, mesh tool, gradient, text, line

Beautiful wallpaper! I have a question, you just colored the image with Illustrator, but the main draw is made on paper and then you scan and then use the pen tool? Or directly on Adobe Illustrator? Thanks for the reply!

This one I made directly ion Illustrator, but my process is usually the way you describe, with drawing on paper first, scanning it, then trace in Illustrator with pen tool.

Thanks a lot for the info, I was curious, because I don't have a proper method, I do things with my imagination, but I'm glad that you confirm me that the 'work flow' is usually this, to draw on paper and then scan and work the rest on pc! Thanks a lot for the help!

oh. what I mean is when I take a picture of my clay charms I would lay the paper down as a background and put the charm on the paper ^-^

I THINK IT'S ÜBERCUTE! >W<
I love macarons! And I stay true to my French heritage by being able to make them myself (after a lot of practise though, haha).
Anyways, the colors are lovely and it's nice touch to have a more "stylised" filling
