Vapid.On a windows os, I use NeXus by winstep, to customize reflection and other options. Uses more memory than rocketdock, but has more stuff. It will work with any dock program though, I think.

Apologies if this is a silly question, but how do you apply this theme to Nexus?
The dock looks wonderful - clean, simple, and the fade integrates this to the desktop very nicely.

Hey- Not a silly question at all.
It goes under 'Backgrounds' so in your Winstep folder, navigate to backgrounds, and drop the folder in.
I should probably have included better instructions.
Open Nexus, and under themes, in the drop down, select backgrounds, and it should be there

Yeah, the only thing in the ZIP that doesnt apply for rocketdock is the backup settings- To create the reflection, you'll have to add it to the icon manually.
I'll look into creating native forms for the other docks too, in case there are inconsistencies.
