Description
This picture is too big for my scanner, but i got as much of it as i could. Its a scan of a copy because my roommate accidently spilled some water on the original...its not terribly noticeable but i'm somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to my art so i consider it ruined. Anyway, enough of the bitterness, hope you enjoy.Related content

I love how each half of the face is different from the other. You have wonderful ideas.

It reminds me of the laughing and crying masks that symbolize theatre. The one thing that sticks out though is that the eyes are not level, (I'm sure this is intentional,) but it does not appeal to me quite as much. Good job overall though.

once again, this is awesome. does that say anything above his head, it almost looks like letters, but that could jsut be my immagination working overtime

thank you very much for all your nice comments....on this one, its unfortunate, but the drawing was too big for my scanner...those are the bottom of 3 letters: "WSP" for the band WideSpread Panic....maybe one day i'll make several scans and piece them together on photoshop, but i'm not all that good with comps, so it'd probably take more time than its worth

This is cool. I really enjoy the complexity of this image, how all the lines flow into one another, making the interesting face. A really captivating image, it is a pity it got damaged.

The purple spots are barely noticable, it took me a long time just to find them. Could you cover them with ink?

actually there arent any purple spots on this one, this is a scan of a copy, the water on the original put purple spots in the white areas....not all that bad, but still annoying.

That is the unfortunate thing about pen and ink, it bleeds and it is hard to fix. The copy looks great.

Now this I like even more then the first think, because although theres alot of detail, its more centralized. I don't see the water, but I know when your an artist you notice every little flaw in your own work, so I understand how you feel. Anyways I like the abstact style to this.

This one feels very tribal. It has hypnotic feeling to it as if I could get lost in looking at it. The focus is the whole piece and you are drawn in. Very intense and extremely well done.

How long did this take you? Looks asif a lot of effort went into this piece i like it alot. Well Done.

This one took me about 2 weeks working 8+ hour days....its unfortunate you cant see the entire hat and all the dots that surround the entire pic (that mottled grey in there = 1000s of dots) the hat was rather intricate and time consuming and the dots took about 5 days, but at probably 4-5 hours a day for them because i didnt want to risk messing up doing it when i was working -- which is when i did the rest of the drawing....sitting outside all day, every day, valet parking

I like this. The grey in the bottom corners threw me at first, like it wasn't finished. But it gives it a three-dimensional quality that adds to the piece.
