She's definitely a Sith. She may not be powerful, but Akane could definitely be a Sith Lord.
Plot twist: Aoi is a Jedi Knight who was suspended from the Jedi Order because she only has one eye. At her age, Aoi would most likely be a Padawan, but she proved herself worthy of Knighthood before she was sixteen. She believes that Sith!Akane is the reason for her missing eye. Some time in the past, Akane cut Aoi's eye with her fingernails, removed it from its socket and then ate it. The scene was very bloody. Aoi almost bled out. She would have, if not for Kuroko's timely arrival.

I say this because if you try to pose her in the game and give her an another face expression, you'll can see she have green eyes.
Plus I saw in the game files her hair texture and face texture and the eyes are green.
