FULL VIEW PLEASE Unfortunately the sky was against us on the Magdalensberg. The clouds where there as predicted, but stayed too long. The sky was hazy, so I took my 300mm and tried to get a decent shot.
The hazy sky prohibited real sharp images, so this is the best I could come up with.

Scarily similar to my photo of the eclipse of the moon down here in the southern hemisphere last year. Then again there aren't very many ways to frame up a circle

By the time it got to this point here, the cloud cover had completely obscured the moon! I did get a couple good shot of the process and hope to post tomorrow.
