I highly recommend the pattern; all easy stitches (though the stem and arms are challenging, because they're only 4 sts in the round), and very well written. Good luck making them!

I cannot begin to describe how much Pikmin 2 I have been playing lately, and this just reminds me how low I'm running on Yellow Pikmin. Awesome job! The next step is to use thread and one of those tiny metal hooks! Make them actual size!
How do you make the flower stand up? Seems like you would need a stick or something.
