Name: Louisa
AKA: "Lolly"
Age: 6 (an-a-half)
Rank: Cadet

Bio: Louisa, or as most of her friends call her, "Lolly", is currently the youngest Cadet in the Land Loli Corps of the Royal United Loldovan Forces, at just 6. She's cute, and she jolly well knows it too. Lolly is highly skilled at getting her way, or getting away with things that older Lolis might not be able to manage getting away with, simply because nobody suspects that she's going to do them. This is due to the simple fact that she's overlooked as being innocent because of her age, and can easily lead to potentially humiliating miscalculations on other peoples' parts.

Personality: Lolly is an incredibly clever and calculating little girl for her age, and is very aware of everything that goes on around her, including the way she is viewed by other people. She frequently uses this to her advantage by playing up to the image people have of her as being young, cute, and for the most part helpless. By the time they realise it's just an act, she has them right where she wants them.

Appearance: Being only 6, Lolly is rather a small girl. Big blue eyes and long blonde hair (usually in a simple ponytail) add to her general air of innocence. When Lolly joined the RULF, she got a bigger uniform ostensibly so that she could grow into it; this was however a deliberate ploy to make her look smaller and more harmless. Has modified her uniform by replacing the usual green fabric belt with a pink ribbon tied in a big floppy bow. Amazingly, she is extremely graceful and never falls over in spite of her uniform billowing all around her, and her oversized sandals sliding under her tiny feet; it's all just a part of the "cute and harmless" act she has going. Will fall over sometimes, but only when and where she wants to (usually right into her target!)

Usually hangs out with: Senior Cadet Hope - she sees Hope as something of a surrogate-older sister, and they're both playful and extremely mischievous and cunning.
Usually carries: Her favourite stuffed teddy bear, which she calls "Humbert"
