Description Having finalized my concepts, I had enough courage to finally trace my template and cut the sintra plastic To be honest, and I assume this is with most things, once you get use to the power tools and how your material acts with it, it's actually pretty easy to get these cut out.

I think I became, like, a dremmel master or something after using it so much to get the bevels on all this plastic.

I'll be honest, this picture is old. And by old, I mean by like two days. I'm uploading this now, but in reality, all of my armor as well as all the detail pieces not shown in the picture are already shaped and technically wearable.

The last things I need to do are:
+ Finalize the color scheme
+ Paint it
+ Figure out how all the strappings are going to work
+ and mount everything to my vest

This is all very much possible to get done before Phoenix Comicon 2013 starting next Thursday (May 23).

I am, unfortunately, not getting the helmet started until post con. That is just something I need to do research on and work on separately.

I don't plan on making any more progress images for this Costume Journal; the next series of images should be me in it, and likely from the con. Am excite!
