You're looking at one of my few attempts to draw a realistic bird. I have no idea how to draw/color feathers, but I think it turned out all right.Pidgey live in the forests and live off a diet of mainly large insects. They are easily domesticated and have been used to carry mail -much like messenger pidgeons on our world.

I think the feathers turned out all right. He kind of looks down in the dumps though. I like him.

The shape of the beak coupled with it's small size brings on the appearance of a falcon or other small bird of prey. Very accurate in terms of anatomical similarities to real birds; nice work! ^^
