Depends in this picture its just digital in photoshop, but i use art rage and paint tool sai sometimes too some times i use 3 programs on one picture . some times i draw it on paper and scan it and maybe paint over it or whatever. its a bit complicated i experiment a lot most are mixed digital and traditional.

I bet it'd be really interesting if you tried to something similar with other characters/real life people in general. The color on the eye is what I like best, as the high contrast makes it pop out and more glaring

I surely hope this is a parody of sonic in relation to the fish from "nature break 3" by smosh. Otherwise its quite awkward and weird. I don't really understand the point of this and looking a your other work in the (more from rubbe) section, this seems careless. there are some very contrasting techniques here and I can see unintentional brush marks that don't help the figure.
