A story. Let me try.
Billie Stacey Payne walked down the broke streets of Billie's home town. Feeling like a constriction was around and sapping Billie wanted to bust out of it and new renewed. Low in spirirt Billie moved slow and looked tired. Just recently Billie recently was looking up info for certain procedures but found the time and mostly the money to be a big block to Billie's hopes. In the slump Billie had just walked a long journey to a park where nobody was to sit down on a bench and think over what to do next.
The winds from the heavens began to blow and a blight light flashed in Billie's eyes. Then something smacked Billie in the face. It looked like a blue balloon yet to be filled with air. The rubber of the balloon felt good between the fingers. On the end of the balloon was a paper. Opening up the paper it was blank but a spoken message when a heavenly girl's voice went into Billie's brain. "To be free. To be true to thyself. Free thyself of your constriction and become who you always wanted to be. Be true to you and blow as hard to work for your dream. Don't give up on you. P.S.: Plus tape this for prosperity, clarity, and enjoyment of rebirth."
Blinking in confusion the paper disappeared but the balloon stayed in Billie's hand. Whipping out the smartphone camera Billie's considered 'what the heck' and began to record.
Billie placing the balloon ready to be blown began to inhale from the nose and put air into the balloon. It felt strange but it felt like it wasn't air being placed inside. Instead of feeling pressure and resistance of air a sort of spiritual negative energies was being release and the feeling was pleasurable and overcoming for Billie. The very small balloon that look like it would not hold much expanded bigger than Billie had though it would. Feeling a resistance like some sort of demon was trying to cling on and remain with Billie the more Billie blew the more the demon and chains of the soul began to fight back but be destroyed. Feeling more rejuvenated and liberated the more Billie blew. Looking at how big the balloon was Billie was shock at the changed color. It was now a lovely pink color. Billie felt confused but more determined for some reason. "Don't give up nor stop or the magic will end and your chains will rebind! Blow it all out and be free!".
Feeling like some sort of great battle was heating up Billie gave more powerful blows now willing and ready to break the balloon like it matter more then Billie ever knew.
Blowing again the size of the balloon got so large it touch something on Billie's chest. It touch a equally large and sensitive chest. Reflecting off of the pink balloon Billie saw beautiful breast and a red outfit but was confused to what Billie was seeing. Not stopping the feeling that the end of a powerful conflict was reaching it's peck Billie gave one final push with everything Billie had inside and the balloon now no longer able to hold it all in creaked and pop with a might blast.
All that negative energy basting out and carried away with the winds Billie felt great. Better then great.
Blinking at how strange yet so very pleasant and freeing that surprisingly was Billie felt renewed. But as Billie looked down to where the balloon once was those breast Billie though was a trick from the balloon was still there but this time not reflecting off of the balloon but bigger and than before and further more with Billie's own eyes and hands discover they were apart of Billie's body. Feeling them to make sure it was no trick the sensitive and arousal kick and nature made Billie pur like a kitten once felt. Billie look over and found the hands had a special beautiful red rubber gloves fitting for the smooth beautiful hands in them, the body slender and hourglass with the saying that "looks can kill". Matching red boot and a outfit of rubber and latex rubbing the body making Billie look and feel sumptuous and gratification.
All of Billie's chains was gone and now she was who she truly felt and wanted to be. Feeling revitalize and concupiscent their was going to be no guy or gal who would resist her charms once buried. Laughing and moaning as she slide her hands all over her body that heavenly voice from before was hers and it was like sweet as honey and smooth and rich sounding to her ears. But first she need somewhere private and a big mirror to continue her look over. She also needed ALOT of tissues as just look over, modeling, testing, teasing, and playing with her new true self was going to be a all nighter.

Maybe the guy was helping to blow up balloons for a major party, but he struggled with it at first. Eventually, another person helping with the setup notices this and half-heartedly wishes the guy had stronger lungs just as a wish-granting spirit drops by. The spirit hears the wish and grants it with a rather interesting catch to prove to the others why it's a good idea to be careful what you say and wish for.
