I drew on paper! How 90's for me. Speaking of the 90's, yes, it is who you think it is, but aged up.Done over dinner last night while hanging out with and and others not on DA
I haven't drawn anything I LIKED on paper in years. I've been derusting in that regard with a small sketchpad I constantly carry. When I started drawing again without the perfectionism and adaptability of the tablet, it was like highschool doodles all over again. I think I'm up to "mid-college" level.
As it was a spur of the moment thing, I had to draw on that flimsy, crumply, translucent copy paper, so I did a TINY bit of cleanup in PS after. But I kept in all the oddities, such as the disconnect on the thigh...

Wait, Ed? THAT Ed!? Oh man, you put quite a spin on an already lovable character! But she's grown into a fine-looking young lady! Excellent work! I'm loving the angle and curvature of her left foot especially here, really nice lines

You know what would be funny? Some other pictures of how she might have turned out. Ones all I-hang-with-the-wrong-crowd, the other's all computer-nerd with squinty eyes and a belly. Another one is I-figured-out-how-to-make-money with a business suit. I-discovered-boys. I-discovered-girls?

The only perk I can think of paper is the fact it forces me to accept mistakes (until I scan the sucker anyway) and just move on.
