Shamanistic powers of the elements, wrath of the totems.. I call upon thee~!~
My first sketch/drawing for a painting to be sent for the art academy apply in advance. It represents a tauren shaman from the World of Warcraft, his accessories/clothing designed by me. Taurens are such gentle natured and plains-dwellers though they look tough..

A really awesome work. I can't help admiring all those little details in the Tauren's clothing, and I think you have managed to capture the shamanistic side well in them. The shading is indeed amazing as well: it's so smooth yet the outlines seem still quite crisp and clear.
I'd say that with this skill level you're ought to get in about any art academy

The detail on this is amazing, I imagine you spent a lot of work getting all the textures and highlights to work out. Very refined, lovely expression too!
