Gender: Female (Bc of her slightly young/androgynous look, boyish manners and strength, people often make the assumption that she's a male-something she doesn't particularly mind bc of general tendencies for males to hold back when fighting the opposite sex)
Weapon: Iron wrecking ball (or a major variant of the chinese Meteor Hammer)-Large and heavy, but with a hollowed center (If it's too close quarters for the ball and chain, she fights barehanded with the chain wrapped around her free hand like a makeshift gauntlet)
Likes/Dislikes:
(Likes) Food-particularly sweets-animals, nature, wandering from place to place, decent people, and above all battling/looking for strong opponents
(Dislikes) Being disappointed by overestimated opponents, cowards, arrogance, fighters with no sense of pride or honor, fighters who hold back bc of appearances, or those who look down on others

Bio:
Deep within the mountain forests of some unknown land lies a remote village untouched by the currents of time. Although rumored to be a place of great beauty and peace, beneath the surface this mysterious haven holds a much darker reputation-that of housing monsters and demons...more specifically, "Oni", the horrific beasts of ancient legend.

"A village of demons? That's nothing but an old wives tale used to scare naughty children.."

…Is what the general populace is led to believe. However, although unbeknownst to most, the whispers among more experienced samurai speak differently.

They say that such a village does indeed exist, but with no ancient monsters of myth that reside there-instead, a place inhabited by people of terrifying strength-a clan of warriors who have earned the title of "Oni" through their prowess in battle and their inherent love of fighting-something that's said to have been passed down throughout the entirety of their generations.

The legend of a hidden mountain village soaked in blood is simply a byproduct of this passion, a title inadvertently granted by the few who managed to both live and tell the tale…

…And the whispers stop there, for no one knows the true traditions of such a place-that once every few years, their youngest warriors are sent forth to explore the outside world beyond their sheltered forest, to seek out opponents and to meet any and all challengers with a ready and unforgiving blade…

…Nor that this year, it would be the turn of the hidden tribe chief's daughter to venture out and do the same-

-That is, to remind the outside world of the Oni's might.

~And so, a young "demon" of the forest enters the fray~

Woo hooooo! It's my SDL application! I've wanted to be involved in this since like FOREVER-but it wasn't until just recently that I realized I had a decent chance against all of the beastly good artists out there, drawing skill wise….
