D'ai see whatcha did there! She really does though...Andrea Libman has such a lovely voice. I was surprised to find out that Andrea did the voice of Roll in the dub of the three part Mega Man anime series Upon a Star. (I'm a huge Mega Man fan.) That made me squee, but what made me squee even more was that she somebody in the Darkstalkers anime movie dub as well! I still need to find out who. I'm sure now I can probably recognize her voice.

...I'm trying to find it, but Wikipedia doesn't have much information...
The Internet Movie Database says she was the voice of Anita in the movie "Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge ". Is that what you're referring to?
