Its hard, but you tend to be in a huge fight most of the time, the other part is spent trying to outdo the other in any way possible. But, for some, just hating each other is enough, and spend most of there relationship apart, excluding anything like physical romance, of course.

It's okay, not many people can deal with two people in a romantic relationship, sharing the same queen bed and it can be a little hard if you don't do balance real well with people. You gotta really want to give yourself, not just a half but a third of yourself to a guy you love, another guy you hate-love and you still gotta get through the day.
And the two guys/girls/guy and girl can be really troublesome if they start to fight, cause then you can't even help one without ignoring the other and making them feel cornered and more like a third wheel than a part of it.

Oh, yeah, now I see what you mean. Well, to be honest, I've loved and hated them for reasons, from before I even knew about Homestuck. Homestuck was simply another stepping stone in my life, and it happened to have the terms to what a felt for them in plain sight. So, I guess Homestuck is really important to me, for more than just being my favorite webcomic. In a way, I owe something to Homestuck.
