Absolutely wonderful. The background and Ruby are just... afklsdgjkhjfh. Gimme your skills woman.
One thing I noticed though was the ripples in the water seem a little unrealistic.... Maybe lower the opacity a bit? Or blur the side that the water is rushing from. Water is defiantly not something I can draw though so... xAx
Also, her left paw seems a bit awkward... Like she's forcefully holding it out of the water... I don't know if that was intended or not though.. Eh, it might just me be xD;;;
I love how you did the grass and rain, but since Ruby is lying down, maybe have the grass cover her slightly? Like her head, arms, and foot.
Just little things here and there. Overall it's a wonderful picture.

The paw thing is purpuse , she is like reaching out for some kind of touch in the water ( I do it alot when I'm by water)
I will remeber the water thing For next time ( Or If the file saved I will fix it)
