PROS:
The colors and the heart are very nice, and the anatomy is excellent. I love the transparency on the background and the shading done in this piece. The glowing around the heart is very original, and the way you did the markings on both characters is awesome.
CONS:
However, The anatomy on Ruby's arm and tail is a bit.. odd.

awww this is really beautiful.
Just one tip. Possibly move the eyes back a bit, they kinda remind me of a cyclops, but all in all. this is truly amazing.
