Description
This was a last minute drawing idea as while watching an amv I thought a shot of the cards floating by the characters chest looked cool so wanted to try and draw it myself. I went with Zai for this as I have been tempted to draw him again as he has one of my favourite character designs out of my oc's, originally it was just going to be Zai but I always end up getting tempted to draw ace monsters. This was a drawing where I forgot add a bunch of stuff in the initial sketch with me not adding his t-shirts symbol and the rips in his clothing. I feel very proud of the shot as it does feel like he is playing the game (the card in his hand is too small by comparison though o-o).

In the future I would want to design a playmat to show off the set up I imagine for the game. If anyone is curious the initial planned drawing was an anime room but I wasn't sure if I had the patience for a longer drawing as I have been a bit more tired the past few days. I have been out of the habit of starting a second drawing at night but hopefully I can get myself to do one at some point.
