I found this huge patch of cosmos near Secunda in Mpumalanga, South Africa during 2014 with a couple of good friends. I returned twice this year, but the the weather was not in my favour - It was gloomy the whole weekend and overcast weather dampened my spirits. I almost did not go out for the shoot due to the massive bank of clouds and the hidden sun, but I did... As I was busy packing up my gear just after sunset, a magical display of colours made me gasp in awe! I scrambled to get the Lee Filter system in place...
