Summary: Somehow Tony managed to convince him that they could infiltrate a Hydra base and get intel dressed up as their enemies. It kind of worked, for the most part. This was actually a plot of one Avengers Assemble episode and this artwork is inspired from it but i forget the name of the episode. Steve went a little too far into the costume and almost had to do something bad. Spoiler Alert, he didn’t.
