This comic flows so nicely, I love how you integrated the demon into the story in order to intimidate(frighten perhaps?) Pitch. I also like how Pitch walks away sore but still dignified. As if the demon barely stirred him (even though on his face you can tell it probably shook him to the core). Beautiful comic! I'm going to be a creeper and read the rest of them!

Pitch may be at the top when it comes to fear related stuff, but there are beings out there way more dangerous than him, which he usually steers clear of.

I want to echo GhostGlider. I am also impressed by the way the child is turning to the Bogeyman for reassurance about a demon. Considering the clothing, and the way children with cleft palates are often treated (fantastic touch there, btw), I wonder what that says about the amount of hope, wonder, etc. he has experienced in his life. Maybe it says something about how sometimes, fear keeps you safe.

There's something about fear that it sometimes works great as a warning signals against danger, even if you can't always see it...but feel it! And if that dark shadowy being is a warning beacon against real demons, then yes! That can be good!
As for the boy, he's had a bit of hope and wonder, but his days are focused on finding food.

Wow, I loved this comic! It was great to see a little fleshing out of Pitch as a character and his background. It was also very interesting to see HIM afraid of the demon. Perhaps such creatures of mythology and religion are higher in rank then the Guardians and Pitch?
Also, I loved the other comic you worked on with Pitch and the Guardians meeting, and then the sequel to this comic is just as fabulous!
