This is the human version of Cobalt. Same powers, basically, but he's human instead of a reploid... I got some design ideas for his outfit from the Blue Mage AF in FFXI.I dunno why I have hat little vortex thing in the corner... Or the floating tribal head... Or the Mexican god of corn... Or was it rain? I dunno, but who cares?!
