Description
Finally I did it It took me about 2 or maybe 3 years to finish. It's freakingly detailed. I worked on almost every pixel of this. The original size is 3200x4000 and the layers count is 45. But it still not perfect, I think I could draw it beter. I decided to leave it in grayscale and not only because I don't want to get stuck on this for another 2 years, but just as a reference to past (like an old-photo style).
And a little about this birdish guy. He belongs to my species of sarioth, humanoid birds I guess (rokran kind, the most common). He's a guardian, defending their cities on floating islands from their worst enemies (insect-like creatures). There is a small village on the BG. They make their homes inside of plants (mushroom-like trees?). And they ride giant serpents
