Tadashi Fans (or Big Hero 6 fans), Tadash is rumored to make a comeback in the sequel as a villain called Sunfire and will become good in the end. Though Disney owns marvel (which I didn't know since 2014) Stan Lee has already confirmed to make Big Hero 6 2 (or big hero 7) not disney. Yet! So they might make it after the release of gaurdians of the galaxy 2.

I've read the same article and I find it extremely difficult to understand how Tadashi could become a villain...but if that is the way it goes and he becomes good again I don't care just so as long as he's back and both Tadashi and Hiro have the chance to be together again!! I've read up a bit more on who Sunfire is, I understand it better now.
Im totally fine with it I want Tadashi back because his supposed death scene still breaks my heart every time I watch it and I personally think it makes perfect sense to be honest. I imagine it in my head sometimes like what would Hiro's reaction be like to find out his brother is not only still alive but somehow has become a villain...the one thing the team was created to stop. And that the whole time he was oblivious to it and couldn't help him. Seems to me that that would make for quite a bit of denial on Hiro's part. And what would happen when they would finally meet face to face against each other...with Hiro hoping for any chance to get his big brother back. I know it's probably been done a million times but honestly why would anyone not want this? Sounds like it would make for a good sequel to me if done right.

I fully am with you 100% that it MUST!!! Repeat MUST!! Happen.... I also agree with how you feel with tadashi becoming a villain but then again... It would be nice as a change.of character from the lovable tender out.of this world.caring brother to a villain... BUT!! Yes it would be, we as fans would definitely be given some intense moments between Hiro and Tadashi if he did turn out to be a villian. Hiro wouldn't give up on him EVER! I can just imagine the scenes right now...Of course then he becomes good again and then everything is as it should be. Same here (I join you on the denial train) what Disney showed us is a lie, Tadashi LIVES!!!!

Lol even though Disney made it look pretty convincing there's still just way too many what ifs concerning his death scene. I love Tadashi too much to accept he's gone, just can't...not possible. And YEEESSS!!! I'd probably need to stack up on plenty of tissues! T-T This is how I can imagine Hiro's reaction to seeing Tadashi as a villain.
Hiro: *tears streaming down his face* "T-Tadashi?...It can't be you...y-you're...you..." *runs to Tadashi and grabs his shirt with both fists, shaking him* "WE ALL THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD!!! I needed you...and you weren't...there...and why are you doing all this?! This is not you Tadashi! It never has been! WHY! What happened to you?"
Tadashi: *looks down to his brother* "The Tadashi you knew is dead...he died in that fire. Get over it..."
Hiro: *still crying but with anger now in his eyes* "NO! NO HE'S NOT DEAD! He's still in there! I know you're still in there Tadashi! And I promise you...I PROMISE, I'll save you even if it's the last thing I do! You never gave up on me, I'm never giving up on you!"
(Then Tadashi becomes good again and both bros are finally happy and together again! 
...so yeah

Tadashi: ( no hiro pls... its too much... please hiro no ) *not even flinching* i am not tadashi... and i already have a home and it doesnt involve you.. ( im so sorry hiro.. so sorry... i have to do this.... i have to save you from HIM... please hiro please... try to understand... i cant bear to see you like this hero... its breaking me apart )
