can you give me a tips how to do the skin such as color choices also how you do the outline

Hmm, I could explain it but I'm not sure how :'D I used textured brushes (flat, charcoal mosty ). For colour pallette I used desaturated colours and added orange accents to make it look warmer. I'm sorry , I really suck at explaining ; v ;

Oooooh wait , it's actually oil pastel brush D: I put brushes I used on my google drive, u can download it if u want : drive.google.com/open?id=0B4oE… ; . I used that xx brush for blending on her face .
I also lowered flow of the brush to 57% and added a bot of noise at the end.
I use Photoshop CS6.
