Description
This work was inspired by (but not taken from) David Brin's short story "Bubbles." I've posted this at 3DLinks.com, but the smaller size of the picture forced many of the fine details out of the final shot. This is 1600x1200, and better conveys my original vision. I consider this one of my best works, and I'd like to know how other viewers feel about it.

I created this using Wings3D (for the "stingrays" themselves), 3D Studio Max for texturing and rendering, and Photoshop to enhance the contrast and color.
