HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE! The characters are America and England from the manga Hetalia.
Started drawing this before I saw the Halloween event manga on Himaruya's blog. I didn't know England would be dressed up as Sherlock Holmes. But you know what? I'M GONNA GO DRAW HIM IN THAT RIGHT NOW. *runs off*
By the Way, the colors of America's cape are from the colors of the candy corn.
Q. What is America holding?
A. The trick-or-treat basket thing shaped as a jack-o-lantern.... OKAY, I don't know what it's called.
