Cannot cover more than 50% of the Rukaan.
Must be a marking from a real animal and not another ARPG.
Must act like a marking and cannot act as a color modifier.
Marking color can be the marking’s natural color from the animal it exists on (if it exists in or close to any Rukaan color swatch) or can match colors from the Rukaan’s existing design.
If you want to add multiple markings, you will need a Thokk's Elixir for each.
Up to 2 Thokk's Elixirs can be applied per import for multiple markings, but cannot exceed 50% total coverage.
Follows typical marking rules (markings go under white markings, etc)

Apply to a Rukaan through the Cosmetic Items thread in the Design Approvals journal.
Please specify what animal the marking is from in the design approval special notes.
