I really like the texture of his coat, and the buckles that go to it.
One of the things I think that throws me off is the way his arm is drawn, the proportion looks accurate, if you were to bend it straight out, but I think there's just something about the elbow that throws me off for some reason.
Uh, secondly, his hand, That is a plausible position to hold a rope but doesn't feel like a likely one. I feel like his fingers should curl like a grip, but then again that could be the motion of him starting grab the rope. Accurately drawn just makes it look odd I suppose.
Lastly, his foot and the rope, I'm not sure what the end of that leash is doing, if its laying on the floor that way then the perspective is off, it almost makes me think that there is an invisible dog there that has the leash on, maybe because there is no cast shadow of the loop on the ground. But lastly the way his leg goes back and lifts, it seems like he's not touching the floor and makes it look a little awkward.
But other than that you have a wonderful picture!
Your getting a lot more creative with your backgrounds, I'm not sure if thats a cast shadow on th floor or the way the floor is designed but if it is a shadow it would have been neat to see it cast on the characters clothes C:
Oh, one more thing, as I was looking at it, practice perspective!
The floor is perfect but the walls don't flow in the same way, but other than that like I said great picture, great coloring you getting better!

I've thought of some ways to fix it up now, thanks >w< I think I'll mainly try to fix the shadow, the other stuff is difficult to do without completely remaking the picture .__.;;;

I love the atmosphere in this piece of art.
And the coloring with is strong colours is nice.
However somehow the "sharp lines" donΒ΄t match to the soft outline of the character
