You have a good understanding of colour harmony, composition and fluid beautiful lines.
In general, you have beautiful palettes, good colouring and deep shading. 

If you want tips, I'd say work on consistent lighting, sometimes the ligh sources aren't clear on your drawings. Also facial proportions (especially on males) sometimes look a bit odd and stiff. You sometimes draw male necks too thick which is not a big deal but it can look uncanny on anime style. Men do have thicker necks than women, but exaggerating it won't make them look more masculine.

Your biggest issue right now is anatomy. Particularly the arms, on some images they appear odd. You need to practice and learn how arms move and how elbows really work. (This particular drawing is a good example of this, also this one:
