Depends on which version of Venom and what weapons Bane has with him.

Any version of Venom could easily rip off Bane's head. From Brock to Mac Gargan, they'd all stomp.

In a straight-up pit fight, my money would be on Venom, but if they have chance to plan and prepare, that would swing it in Bane's favour. He doesn't use much in the way of weapons or fancy plans against Batman because he knows they won't make much difference, but he has brought along a big machine gun when against enemies who'll have a lot of mooks or set up dismembering traps when he knows Talons are after him, so bringing kit that would mess Venom up (such as flamethrowers) if he know who he was up against is fairly plausible.
I am going of the Arkham War/Secret Six version of Bane here. The dumb muscle version in some of the cartoons would get totally fragged

The game version has no feats. He looks big, but we don't know how strong he is. And I really doubt he's close to being a 20-tonner like Venom.

I think I know how this will play out. Venom encounters Bane. The symbiote recognizes a more suitable host. Leaves Brock and latches onto Bane. Leaving Brock a smear on the sidewalk, the new and improved Venom goes after Batman & Spider-Man. Scary, right? Not that, but how my mind works sometimes.

if they need to call Hulk busters in to deal with venom, i don't see how bane can really compete with that.

Venom would likely ditch whatever sap he was possesing and take on Bane body.

Bane could win this if he plays his cards right. Based on the picture, we're using Eddie Brock as Venom instead of Flash Thompson as Venom and that alone gives Bane survival points. While Venom does have Bane outclassed in every physical stat (Bane is at best a Class 7 strength character, Venom is a Class 25), Bane is far more cunning and intelligent than Eddie is. It is perfectly plausible for Bane to discern the symbiote's weaknesses and build a strategy around them.
Venom on the other hand, is just too fast and strong for Bane to win a majority of these battles. The plan that I wrote up for Bane is an entirely possible move for Bane. However, his chances to pull off said strategy are in the vast minority given Venom's far superior stats and feats

Bane is the stronger and more skilled but Venom's move set essentially makes it impossible for him to lose against a strictly physical opponent... Unless maybe Bane force fed him all of his venom formula to the point venom overdoses and dies

Are you serious? Venom can pick up 25-ton trucks with ease, Bane struggles at picking up 3-ton cars.

Venom, his ablities are more flexible and varied, and though Bane is smarter than Eddie, his strategies would only buy him time.
