I had this locked up in my drawer for a while....I've been meaning to ink it, and so I finally had a chance to yesterday, along with some other goodies that you'll see this week. ^_^ i've gotten over my block.... o.o;; Yay!Blocks happen more frequently for me when Im not in school...its so weird.... *sigh*
ANYWHO!! This is *pyromaniac (very well-known artist here) and a 'DearS'-inspired Runee. (me!)

By the way, I DID want to borrow vol. 3 and 4 but I thought you meant watching them after you left and I was like MEH! but in reality I just wanted to watch them at a later time and then you took 3 away and let Nanshi borrow 4!!

Anyway.. I just adore how you inked this "O_O" Nice job just using black and white, yet still using the hatching style to make some areas a bit darker than white, but not to the point of blackness.. like with the little part on Runee's curl.. and even the inside of their eyes. You did it very well! Smooth inking, definitely.. and they look so cute together XD Just blankly staring at eachother..
Never saw DearS before, really.. so I at first assumed Runee was just wearing sort of.. matching clothes as Mr. Pyro XD But then I remembered you had this character before on earlier submissions ";__;" I am the forgetful woman. But yeah.. very nice! I'm delighted to hear that you're off your art block phase XD
And you're right. Lack of school = more inspiration to draw.. maybe because you have so much extra free time!
.. The guy's scarf is so adorable XD The way it floats up.. just like the little tears at the bottom of you guys.. lacking of shoes. And amusingly enough, I thought you gave him HUGE ears at first glance.. but now I realize they're headphones XD I'm an idiot. *Hit*

I find that getting over an art block is easier if I split my attention between doodling and something else. This means that your brain uses the art basics part of itself.
