This is Clone Neptune, on a wonderful blank done by ~Enkai . I must say this base suits Neptune so very well, it's all graceful and sweet.Clone Neptune is actually a blend, with mainly Original Neptune and a little bit of Uranus, due to Haruks and Michiru's soul bond and love for each other.

The coloring is nice, but alittle flat. Play with the effects of your coloring program in the hair and what not, and it'll look a lot better. The teal part's shading and skin is nice, though.

your colouring is so pretty- i wish i could colour as well
I think that the bow and the shoes could have a little more shading (depth) to them, but thats probably just me.
