I've always loved her design and you did a wonderful job with her expression. Shows clearly how Chibiusa was corrupted when she became Black Lady. And though you practicular keep the piece in dark rose/violet colors (I will not count the crysta since for me it's to small to make for that part which would do for "breaking" the color scheme) it doesn't have that feeling of being to dark without contrast. I also like that you didn't keep her hair all-in-one strap but you let them flow freely.
The only thing that for me doesn't go well is the "up" version of the moon on Luna-P. When Chibiusa changed Luna-P also had her moon changed when she met Black Lady.
But that's just a small detail. Probably no one will look at this like me (unless you wanted to show by toy that Balck Lady started to have a waiving mind but only puts a facade of "evil"). Keep you good work

Yea I thought about that too, the whole luna-p having the up moon symbol. But I was too lazy to change it XD
