I just gave you everything to get photoshop and other art programs I used this with out it i would die and not have any art programs just have a high speed internet and if you dont then leave your pc for a day with out shutting it to download! I hope you get everything you need!

until you get photoshop, why not use the Gimp 2, its simalar to photoshop and although it isnt as good as photoshop it gives good results. i did my recent itachi wallpaper stuff with the gimp and it kinda looks like the anime itachi
btw its better than paint. preety much everything is, lol
