Он не потерял его (да, очень своевременный ответ). Стрела, которая едва его не убила, была с наконечником из темного кристалла, который, судя по всему, способен нейтрализовать Элемент. Могу предположить, раз кристалл темный, то он может нейтрализовать непосредственно только Элементы Света, т.е. Элементы настоящих драконов. Его элемент на данный момент как бы... заглушен.

Whelp, in my AU story, that wouldn’t be necessary. However, it would require the help of something god-like, something Vale is more than capable of pulling off if he wasn’t such a pacifist.
