Description
The moonlight shone down upon the dens of Shadow's Hidden Dream. Snug inside, the lions all slept peacefully. This was a time of prosperity for the inhabitants. Plenty of prey that wandered the plains. The river which never ceased to flow was always fed from the mountains. The pride's enemies were nowhere to be found, so they all rested in peace. Relaxing to the gentle sound of the wind breezing past the dens. As the clouds drifted across the sky, the moonlight was temporairly cut off. Leaving the den site in darkness. A moment later, the light returned and two figures stood on a small hill that overlooked the pride's central hub. The male's lips were pulled into a smirk, his companion expression was cast in a frown. She broke the silence first. "It's too quiet here..." Bright blue and lavendar eyes turned to gaze down upon his sister. "Don't worry, it won't last for long." Teal and jade turned to her brother, excitement glittering in her strange eyes. As one, they both looked to the dens and silently stalked forth. The brother looked to his right and the sister, to her left. They passed the leader's den and the dens of those they knew. They paused before the large pond and turned around. Looking at the darkened entrances, they silently picked one. D'mitrii had his infamous smirk upon his maw while Neytirii held her characteristic frown. Together, they made their way into a den, Neytirii's voice echoing off the walls. "It's good to be home."
